Return Policy

Unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date. The original receipt or packing slip is required. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

Sorry--no returns or exchanges when a discount, sale, or promotion has been applied to purchase.

To initiate an exchange or refund for Beetlebung.com purchases, please email us at: drygoods@beetlebung.com. Please include your order number in all emails. If you are on Island, you may return Beetlebung.com purchases to our Vineyard Haven Dry Goods store. Please bring your original packing slip.

To return merchandise purchased at one of our Island locations, visit Beetlebung Dry Goods in Vineyard Haven or Menemsha. Please bring original receipt.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a Beetlebung package that appears damaged to the extent that the goods inside may be damaged, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately by email or phone.
