Chocolate and ripe red berry fruit tones with a velvety smooth finish. This coffee is shade grown by the Casa Ruiz family in the Boquete region in Northern Panama along the Costa Rican border. It is a lightly-roasted dark roast with wonderful fruit tones that add to its complexity.
