Syrupy body and low acidity with dried stone fruit aroma and flavors, and a long and intense finish. La Minita have sourced a semi-washed Sumatran coffee that captures the Indonesian island profile and takes it to another level. The aroma of the freshly ground beans suggest the dried fruit tones of peach and apricot that ring solidly through in the brewed cup. The saturated body carries these stone fruit as well as cedar wood flavors through an exceptionally long finish. Grown in the Aceh province.
Syrupy body and low acidity with chocolate and subtle earthy flavors. This coffee is grown by members of the Gayoland Cooperative in the highlands of the Aceh Province in Northern Sumatra. The cooperative consists of small farm members that typically cultivate several acre farms at over 3,600 feet in elevation. All of their coffee is shade grown and is produced without the use of pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers. The beans are semi-washed during their preparation and are then sun-dried and hand picked before export. Semi-washed Sumatran coffee is slightly cleaner compared to its natural process cousin, yet retains exotic Indonesian character. The wonderfully syrupy body of this coffee makes it ideal for those who enjoy their dairy—milk and cream.
