The Doka Estate Costa Rican is lively and dynamic with concentrated red berry highlights. Don Rodrigo Vargas manages all the Doka production and is the fourth generation from the Vargas family to produce coffee at Doka. The farm is located from 4,430-4,790 feet in altitude and is next to Sabanilla de Alajuela’s Poas Volcano—the largest volcanic crater in the world.
