Sweet aroma and dense body, highlighted by spice and fruit tones—a remarkably complex Colombian cup. Grown by Oswaldo Acevedo, owner of the Mesa de los Santos Farm in Bucaramanga, the Don Telmo Reserva is a special Estate Reserve preparation of 100% Bourbon variety. Oswaldo Acevedo’s family has been growing coffee on the farm since 1872. An entirely self-contained operation, the farm prepares and processes all of its own coffee. It is located at 5,100 feet in altitude and all of the coffee on the farm is shade grown under a carefully maintained canopy that offers extensive migratory bird habitat. Over 70 species of birds have been recorded there. In addition, the farm has been a center for ongoing biological research since 1999.
